Once BikerBot talks to customers and has a full conversation, it will create a note summary; these notes can be shared within your CRM or other systems using hyperlinks. This article explains a few different methods to share and link to customer notes.
Adding "switches" at the end of the note URL lets you change the note style from a summary to a text to HTML or automatically sync it with your CRM or current lead system.
You can use this feature to share notes with your team, clients, or anyone else who needs access to the information.

Basic Note Link
To share a note, you can use a standard link structure:

Replace {note-id} with the actual ID of your note.

1. Complete Switch
You may use the complete switch when you want to share the entire conversation, providing detailed information. Adding /complete to the end of the note link will display the full conversation:

2. JSON Switch
For sharing note data in a machine-readable format, the JSON switch is handy. If you want to share the note data in JSON format, add /json:

3. Text Switch

ISSUE:
Google Chrome recently released a security update affecting the behavior of pop-ups and website redirects. Some may experience issues saving their email campaigns when using the drag-and-drop/responsive editor. After clicking the Save button, the confirmation page no longer pops up like usual. Others also report that the email preview link redirects them to a blank page.
WORKAROUND:
A. Use the backup link.
1. Login like the usual to https://intranet.morethanrewards.com/ and launch the Email Marketing page.
2. On the address bar of your browser, replace the URL to start with "http://" instead of "https://". Press enter to reload the page.
3. You may be prompted to start an unsecured session. Click continue anyway to proceed.
4. Create your email campaign as usual.
B. Use the normal editor when creating your email campaigns. The problem only persists when using the responsive editor.
C. Issue is only isolated to Google Chrome. Other browsers like Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox are unaffected and should continue to work as usual.
RESOLUTION:
Our Developers have already identified that the issue is with Google Chrome only and how it processes pop-ups and website redirects. Fixing this would require a few updates with the coding and some testing. Our Devs have set this on low priority as of this time and may take a while to resolve. If none of the provided workarounds works for your use case, please let us know immediately so that we can whip up something for your team.

SEPT 1ST - SEPT 15th - SOME TEXT ALERTS FROM THE COUNTER TOP IPADS MAY BE DELAYED
Starting September 1st, some phone carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) will enforce a new antispam rule called "10DLC Update". If you remember the AntiSpam update that was introduced last year for email, this is similar, except it's targeting SMS/texting now. We are pushing out iPad updates that support this new rule, what it means is the "From Phone" will be changing to a new from number that is tied directly to your dealer number to comply with this new rule.
WILL THE CONTEST, RAFFLES AND "CHECK-IN" SYSTEM STILL WORK? - YES
Customers will still get a "check-in" credit for visiting, you'll still be able to use these for raffles, contests, giveaways, and more. The only issue is that the actual text message itself may not be sent or be delayed when checking in.
ARE ALL CHECK-INS DELAYED - NO
This does not affect everyone; what happens is once 500 messages are sent for the day after that point, any check-in will be delayed or dropped. This is because the carriers put a daily limit of 500 on text messages per company. So to avoid this, each company must have its own phone number vs. using a shared phone.
WHEN WILL IT BACK TO NORMAL? - BEFORE THE 15TH
We are told that the 10DLC update will be completed by September 15th. However, it may be done sooner.

This could be a poker run, scavenger hunt, quiz, or more. The customer will go around the store and scan unique QR codes hidden throughout the dealership each week, collecting virtual Patches. Once they contain so many patches, they will win free prizes! You'll be able to "set it and forget it" or you can log in to the admin portal and fully customize the missions. We will have hundreds of missions, and every dealer's mission will be different. Even "Cashing Out" those "Virtual Patches" will be unique at each location, so you'll be able to fully customize the benefits for your dealer franchise and local brand.
Rider Rewards dealers will be sent an "Upgrade Kit," including a new branded banner sign for their keypad, in-store signs, and marketing materials, promoting the quests.
