WHY WE ARE ASKING FOR THIS NOW
We are increasing our prices on July 1st, and our billing system requires us to update your credit card information if we apply discount codes to your account. Since prices are increasing, if we don't use a discount code for your account, your prices may increase. Therefore, we are asking all customers to update their credit cards with us on file so we can make sure your prices do not change, as this will allow us to apply a discount code to your account and keep your prices the same.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU IGNORE THIS - WE'LL BE CALLING YOU :-)
You'll get a call from us before any new prices are applied to your account to ensure you can keep your discount since our goal is to ensure your prices do not change with the new price increase.
Our goal has always been to ensure that current loyal customers never have price increases, period!
This is a benefit to sticking with us during tough times, and we appreciate it. So we're going to make sure you guys do not have any increase in prices; it will only impact new customers. So, fear not; we'll call you to get your updated credit card before any price increases hit your account.
That means if you're a customer with us as of May 15th your price WILL NOT INCREASE.

Due to changes within our credit card processing system, we must migrate our billing and accounting systems from Freshbooks to Chargebee starting May 28th This change is because Freshbooks will no longer be able to maintain their PCI compliance state until this is done. So, to do this, they are forcing all customers to migrate to this new system for all invoices. Because of this, you may be billed a few days earlier on May 28th instead of June 1st.
THE WAY YOUR INVOICE LOOKS WILL CHANGE
Starting June 1st, all future invoices will be processed by ChargeBee instead of Freshbooks. This means your monthly email/invoice will look different then how it does today. The amounts and items will remain the same, but the actual invoice itself may appear to look different as the invoice processing system will now be ChargeBee. You will still be able to access all your invoice history and details, except you'll need to do it via Chargebee.com vs. Freshbooks.com.
NOTHING SHOULD CHANGE BUT THE WAY THE INVOICES LOOK
